Intro

The Municipality of Avenches is opening a brand-new public park dedicated to General Guisan

On Saturday 4 July, the town of Avenches will celebrate its General with the opening of the public park named in his honour.

The local council invites everyone to the official opening, which will take place on Saturday 4 July 2026 at 11am. The official ceremony will be followed by a reception.
