On the programme for this 1 hour 15 minute taster session: a warm-up to music, fun exercises and an introduction to a routine suitable for all levels (complete beginners welcome).
Come along to move, breathe and recharge your batteries!
Please note: Following this event, weekly classes will take place every Thursday at the same time.
