Mountain Yoga Lenzerheide
Overview
Intro
Yoga on top of the Rothorn at 2,865 m above sea level.
With the first gondola, it goes up to the Parpaner Rothorn. On the terrace of the panoramic restaurant Rothorngipfel, the yoga class takes place, where you can not only enjoy the sun rays. It is also the perfect moment to pause, take a deep breath and bring body and mind into harmony. As a conclusion, there is a delicious treat to ideally start the day.
Altitude & Clothing: The yoga takes place at an altitude of nearly 2,865 m above sea level – you can expect fresh mountain air and a breathtaking panorama. To feel comfortable all around, we recommend the layering principle: wear several layers so you can adjust flexibly to the temperature.
Meeting Point & Start: The meeting point is at 8:20 a.m. at the valley station of the Rothornbahn. The yoga class starts at 9:00 a.m. on the terrace of the panoramic restaurant Rothorngipfel.
Registration: Registration is possible and required until the day before at 4:00 p.m., even for TopCard holders – as long as there are free spots available.
Equipment: Yoga mats are available on site.
