National Horse Show
Overview
Intro
The most popular show jumping event of Central Switzerland is hosted once a year in the heard of Zug.
Its organizer is the Kavallerieverein Zug, which was founded in 1895. The Bull Market area (Zug-West) is transforming into a modern equestrian stadium for four days. In the big classes, like the Grand Prix of Zug (1.45m) and the Qualification for the Swiss Championships (1.55m), the top swiss show jumpers can be watched up close and personal. Exquisite and traditional food and drinks can be enjoyed. The Gasthaus Rathauskeller and the Kavallerieverein work side by side to make their guests feel comfortable.
A highlight every year for the youngest visitors - a free pony ride for the show jumpers of the future.
