Note: Poles can be borrowed free of charge from Petra (please specify at registration)
What to expect:
- an activity that awakens your body and mind and gives you fresh energy for the day
- a varied and beneficial movement in the midst of nature
- tips and tricks on the Nordic Walking ALFA technique
- small strength and stabilization exercises in between
- a relaxed ending with stretching
The focus is on being on the move together. At the same time, endurance, coordination, and strength should also be improved. As a trained esa Nordic Walking instructor, I place great importance on technique so that Nordic Walking is perceived as a harmonious movement and has positive effects on the joints and muscles.
