Intro

Kochdemonstration mit Degustation

Anita Brumann Cullen und Corinne Hodel vom Verein de-gustatio, gekleidet in historische Gewänder, geben Einblicke in die römische Küche. An einer Kochdemonstration bereiten sie verschieden Köstlichkeiten zu. Sie verwenden dazu Kopien von römischem Geschirr und Geräten und erzählen über die damalige Koch- und Esskultur. Anschliessend darf degustiert, gefragt und diskutiert werden. Eine Veranstaltung im Rahmen des «Fensters der Kantonsarchäologie».

Kochdemonstrationen um 13.00 und 15.00. Wir bitten um Anmeldung per Mail bis 24. Juni: stadtmuseum@ogrj.ch
