Schnupperkurs Bouldern für Erwachsene

Unser erfahrenes Kursteam freut sich, dich in die Welt des Boulderns einzuführen. Du erfährst das Wichtigste über Sicherheit und Boulderregeln und kriegst schon erste Technik-Inputs. So merkst du bald, dass Kraft alleine nicht alles ist, sondern Koordination, Gleichgewicht, ein wenig Mut und Teamgeist genauso wichtig sind.

Kursziel: In diesem Kurs erlernst du die Grundtechniken und erhältst Tipps und Tricks

Kursdauer: 90 Minuten

Voraussetzungen: keine

Mitbringen: Sportbekleidung
