Sonntagsbrunch in der Markthalle
Overview
Intro
Rich brunch buffet with many organic and Demeter products
Zmorgeland offers everything that makes a good brunch: head chef Arvid Weck spices up down-to-earth delicacies with changing delicacies from all over the world. He spoils his brunch guests with all kinds of pastries, juices, egg specialties, bacon and rösti, cheese and meat, spreads, honey and jam, fruit, muesli, yoghurt, fresh produce, barista coffee, sweets and specials - always seasonally rounded off. There are also plenty of vegan, vegetarian and allergy-friendly products. Many of the products are organic. You can look over the chef's shoulder as he prepares the dishes.
