On Saturday, August 1, 2026, the Adler Adelboden invites you to a special culinary evening starting at 6.00 p.m. A specially created 4-course menu with summery flavors, regional ingredients, and carefully prepared dishes will be served for the Swiss National Holiday. Vegetarian alternatives will also be available for the main courses.
