Our charming service crew will serve you delights from the kitchen and cellar. Here you will find a fine selection of fresh, seasonal and homemade specialties. All dishes are carefully prepared and lovingly arranged by Olivier Rossdeutsch and his kitchen brigade. Lobster, Lake Zug fish, first-class meat from the in-house butchery, vegetarian delicacies and over 140 different wines await you here.
Three rooms are available for you: the Zunftstube (around 80 people), the Aklin-Stübli (around 35 people) and the Erker-Stübli (maximum 16 people).
THE GUILD ROOM
The Zunftstube is a room with a typical local building character and dark wood. A distinctive wooden table is located in the center of the room and can seat 16 people. The Zunftstube is characterized by a modern interior with seasonal decor. We can serve a maximum of 80 people in the Zunftstube.
THE AKLIN-STÜBLI
Traditional architectural style, wooden beams and a farmer's buffet - this is what distinguishes our Aklin-Stübli. A striking tiled stove in the corner, homely interior and a beautiful view of Kolinplatz and the alleys of the old town round off the ambience of the room.
THE ORIEL ROOM
This room offers something unique in Zug: dark wood paneling, a peasant buffet and a traditional Keiser stove. Especially the tiled stove is a special art object. On it you can see the four seasons with the corresponding peasant rules.
