Intro

Vero, the little Belalp witch, has had some fun on a beautiful afternoon and has hidden a number of punches for clipping the Hexenpass [Passbook for Witches and Wizards] on the hiking trails between Naters and the Belalp.

Children can punch the Hexenpass at different stations along the way. Each hike is assigned a certain number of points. At the end of the stay, when the Hexenpass has been returned to the tourist office in Blatten near Naters, a prize is awarded, depending to the number of points collected.

Rewards

  • From 50 points: The student witch/wizard receives a bronze-coloured pin.
  • From 75 points: The apprentice witch/wizard receives a silver-coloured pin.
  • From 100 points: The fully-fledged witch/wizard receives a gold-coloured pin.

The passbook is available from the tourist office in Blatten by Naters, from hotels or from the World Nature Forum in Naters.

The winter Hexenpass can be downloaded here

The summer Hexenpass can be downloaded here

This brings more fun to the hiking trails in both summer and winter.
