Mounds of snow and icy hills from which the unmistakable aroma of fine food emerges. Leysin has a whole village of igloos and yurts acting as restaurants, inviting you to enjoy a unique dining experience, of course with fondue, but with so much more besides as well.
It feels like you could almost be in the far north here. Inspired by dwellings found in Scandinavia, a village of igloos and yurts is under construction in Leysin. Each of these mounds of snow is a small restaurant.
Naturally, fondue plays a key role on the menu. But lots of other delicacies are served here too. The comforting warmth does not just come from the fine food on offer. Guests are seated on cosy fur blankets, while the welcoming decor warms the heart and soul.
Located at the foot of the fast-paced tobogganing park, the Snow Village is the perfect choice for dinner with family and friends or as a unique spot for a business lunch.
