Intro

When the sun slowly disappears behind the Schwarzhorn and gives way to the blue hour, the ski day in Hasliberg is not over yet. On selected days, the Meiringen-Hasliberg mountain railroads offer their guests night skiing with a hut evening. A sociable winter experience for everyone.

Night skiing has enjoyed great popularity for years. Taking the gondola up the mountain in the dark and whizzing down the freshly groomed slopes in the spotlight is a very special experience. The Meiringen-Hasliberg mountain railroads make this possible for their guests every Friday evening. The blue pistes between Mägisalp and the Reuti valley station are floodlit from 18:00 to 22:00 and provide snow enthusiasts of all ages with night-time skiing fun. Alternatively, you can also take a sledge down to the Bidmi middle station. A headlamp is mandatory, as the toboggan run is unlit.

The winter evening is rounded off with a convivial raclette or cheese fondue in the Mägisalp mountain restaurant. Musical entertainment is provided by a changing line-up of bands and folk bands every week. It hardly gets more Swiss than this.

If you just want to fall happily into bed afterwards, it's best to spend the night in one of the cozy hotels in Hasliberg or Meiringen.
