The Mont Pèlerin Television Tower is 122 meters high. It is Switzerland’s only television tower that is also an observation deck, which is accessible by elevator.
The viewing platform of the tower, which was built between 1972 and 1974, is accessed via a panoramic elevator and is located at a height of 64.3 meters on the roof of the tower’s concrete structure. The Mont Pèlerin T.V. Tower weighs 13,000 tons and consists of 7,500 cubic meters of concrete. Its base is located at 1,075 meters above sea level. The tower’s surface measures 3,213 square meters and is characterized by its striking architecture - it has asymmetrical antenna platforms.
