Isabelle and Martin draw on many years of meditation experience. During this meditative weekend, we will collectively experience, establish and learn how – beyond this weekend – we can maintain this regenerating connection with our inner self in everyday life. The seminar is equally suitable for beginners and advanced practitioners. Daily schedule Saturday 30.5. As we only begin in the afternoon, there is time for a relaxed journey, a quiet lunch break and perhaps a short walk. 15:30 Arrival - arrival at Gasthof Heiligkreuz; familiarising yourself with the beautiful surroundings 17:00 Getting to know each other - introduction and first meditation exercise: experiencing the connection with one's inner self; discovering the silence and one's own innate sensitivity to inner balance 19:00 Dinner & exchange 20:30 Deepening – deepening the meditation experience; opening up to the inner self and observing the newly gained sensitivity Around 22:00 Bedtime Sunday 31.5. 7:00 Awakening – beginning the day with joint morning meditation in the silence of nature 8:00 Breakfast 9:00 Experiencing – enjoying the peace and beauty of nature; in addition, we will learn a series of simple, nature-oriented methods that help to let go, focus attention and feel centred 12:00 Lunch & exchange 13:30 Strengthening – we are all our own masters. In this final workshop, we seek to strengthen confidence and trust in ourselves to maintain, consolidate and nurture the newly acquired connection with our inner self in everyday life going forward. 16:00 Departure WHO WILL BE ACCOMPANYING YOU: Isabelle has been interested in lived spirituality and meditation since her youth, which provides her with balance to her professional life as a literature lecturer. For several years, she has been regularly offering online meditation courses. Martin, a professional management consultant, discovered yoga and meditation through C. G. Jung's depth psychology. He initially meditated according to the principles of Theravada Buddhism and then learned the Sahaja Yoga teachings of Shri Mataji Nirmala Devi, to which he has remained faithful ever since.
