A hacienda made in Switzerland

Before their eyes, they could see it as a place that brings their extended families together and feels like home, while at the same time offering guests from all around the world a truly special experience. The proprietors, Cornelia and Alfred Gantner, wanted hotel in a certain sense, but still quite different to what we know. More a refuge in the spirit of a farm, a hacienda made in Switzerland. This vision flourished into a hideaway that would not be out of place in any winter fairy tale. Charming, rustic decor combined with modern details are hidden behind walls that are up to 300 years old.

Culinary fairy tale

Ralph Treuthardt is a trained chef and sets great store by quality in the kitchen and service as a result. Michelin star chef Martin Bieri conjures up high-quality dishes from fresh ingredients in the gourmet restaurant, for example. The Michelin-star chef's influence can be felt in the second restaurant too. The chefs there outdo themselves with creative ideas.
