Summer is almost here! And with it the time of picnics on the banks of the River Aare, refreshing drinks in Bern’s pop-up bars, and all sorts of exciting events. This month’s motto is “zäme si”, spending time together – be it cheering on the runners at the Women’s Run or the professionals at the Boulder World Cup, celebrating the 20th anniversary of a Bernese cultural institution, or experiencing historical events on stage or at a traditional “Märit” (market).
