Information
Description
Authentic, fresh, local. That's what makes our cuisine so convincing. Chef Thorsten Stegemann and his terrific crew use only seasonal and, if possible, regional products of high quality. This is reflected above all in the taste of the lovingly prepared dishes. The matching accompaniment is provided by our high-quality wines. Managing director and wine lover Christophe Steck will be happy to recommend the right drop for your dish. Ask for the treasure chest in the cellar - there we store unique and particularly noble wines.
