Built in the 16th century, the château has 17 unique rooms and a restaurant with an incredible terrace, where chef Philippe Bouteille and his team artfully use local produce to create seasonal dishes. Throughout the year, the château attracts visitors with special offers such as Wine & Dine, which invites you to discover the culinary delights and wines from the Vully, as well as events such as astronomy evenings, where you can observe the stars from the château.
In the heart of the Three Lakes region, close to Lake Murten, Château Salavaux is a true place of peace nestled in the vineyards of Vully.

Since May 2021, the Château Salavaux has been in the care of a young couple, Neïla and Flavio Benedetto, who, together with their team, are breathing new life into this magnificent establishment.
