The group accommodation Haus Neuenburg in La Chaux d' Abel near La Ferrière (Bern, Switzerland) is a two-storey house and has 23 beds in 7 rooms plus a studio with 3 beds and a small kitchen, which can be rented separately. Bed and kitchen linen is included in the rent. The main kitchen is spaciously furnished. The dining room can accommodate 32 people. It can also be used as a training and recreation room and has a DVD player and screen. In summer there are about 30 outdoor seats and 2 mobile barbecue areas.
On the same property is the farmhouse Jura Haus with a holiday apartment (6 beds) and a dormitory for 25 persons. Both houses are suitable for family holidays.
We offer horseback riding and trekking with mules, carriage and sleigh rides. For your family or company event, we recommend to let us spoil you with a game or highland cattle BBQ.
The Chasseral ski area can be reached by car in 20 minutes, and the cross-country ski run in 5 minutes.
The Jura-Pass is included in the overnight price. It offers free travel on the entire Vagabond network of the Canton of Jura to La Chaux-de-Fonds. The house can also be rented without studio for CHF 450 per night. Accommodation prices are preferential rates for schools and families.
