This traditional mountain Wellness Hotel at the centre of Pontresina underwent comprehensive restoration through the new owner in 2010. Results are a clever merge between traditional and modern in relaxed and most friendly ambiance. It was one of the first hotels in Pontresina back in1904, helping shape Alpine hotel culture. Built in impressive Engadine fashion, this hotel was recently restored faithful to its original style. A talented team of motivated staff from the Swiss Hotellerie also values the culinary side of Engadine Class - and fresh goat cheese on a bed of vegetables or lamb racks with Engadiner Bergheu are just a small taste of all we have to offer.
