TCS Camping Solothurn is in a quiet location on the bank of the River Aare and has its very own harbour. Solothurn with its historic town centre is only a couple of kilometres away. A bus just a few hundred metres from the campsite takes you directly into the town. Energetic types can start a walking or bike tour directly from the campsite or visit the public pool or fitness centre just around the corner. The Pier11 restaurant will spoil you with culinary treats and fantastic views of the Aare.

The crystal-clear turquoise waters of Lake Brienz, three imposing peaks of the Eiger, Mönch and Jungfrau, natural surroundings and countless outdoor activities make TCS Camping Bönigen-Interlaken a paradise for lovers of mountains, sport or nature. The campsite is a comfortable base from which to explore the whole region. Guests can take a refreshing dip in the lake or adjoining public lido, while children can splash around happily in the children’s pool at the campsite.

Whether you are taking a boat trip, swimming in the lake, strolling along the Aarequai or just having a romantic picnic on the shore, the lake feels serene and pleasurable. One special highlight of the campsite is being able to sleep in a tube in a comfortable chalet – you can rent glamping accommodation and enjoy waking up to a unique view of Lake Thun and the mountain panorama.

Enjoy the beautiful surroundings and nature on numerous trails around the campsite and along the River Aare. Sporty types can hire a stand-up paddleboard at the campsite and paddle down the Aare.

The location of the peninsula in Lake Brienz with its turquoise waters and magnificent mountains all around is like something you would see in a film. New chalet park with bungalows, sites, wooden pods etc. Various plots right on the water’s edge. The Aarestube restaurant with views over the lake, a supermarket, barbecue area, WiFi. Modern camping place with new reception, bathrooms and toilets - with single shower cabins and baby station – plus kitchen. Spacious places for campers and caravans over 10 meters long as well as various fields for tents. All places have power connections and campers and caravans have water and waste connections in addition. Playground with children’s slide, Bocce facility and Ping-Pong table. Since 2010 caravans as well as tents are available for rent – you only need to bring a sleeping bag.
