Presentation: Environmentally Conscious Eating
Overview
Intro
Our diet has a major impact on our planet, and with every bite we take, we can help shape that impact.
In this course, we’ll explore grocery planning, food labels, and the environmental footprints of different dietary patterns. We’ll reflect on our own eating habits and work together to find eco-friendly alternatives without sacrificing enjoyment. We’ll also debunk nutrition myths and explore meat substitutes and food waste.
