SUP Yoga combines the beneficial effects of yoga with the lightness of water sports - right on the idyllic Lake Walen. In sync with your breath and the gentle rocking of the water, you'll immerse yourself in a unique form of mindfulness. Experienced instructor Lupi from tribu.om.flow will guide you through the session, adapting the exercises to your level and creating a relaxed atmosphere. This offering is suitable for both curious beginners with no prior experience and seasoned yogis looking to expand their practice. Embrace this special nature experience and find your balance on the water - both physically and mentally.

Notes
The activity is weather-dependent. In case of rain or wind with waves, the activity will not take place.
We recommend bringing sun protection and swimwear.
There is no age restriction for children. Participation is at your own risk and only when accompanied by an adult.
Booking
Bookable from 28 June to 13 September 2026, every Sunday
Yoga session takes place with a minimum of 3 participants (Final decision is made the day before at 12.00. Last-minute cancellations are possible in the event of sudden weather changes)
