The Program:
- Cinema & Atmosphere: Hans Zimmer (Inception), Ennio Morricone (Cinema Paradiso), Yann Tiersen (Amélie), Ludovico Einaudi, Marius de Vries (La La Land), Francis Lai, Vladimir Cosma.
- Classical Masterpieces: R. Strauss, P.I. Tchaikovsky (The Nutcracker), A. Vivaldi (The Four Seasons – Winter), C. Saint-Saëns (The Swan).
- Pop & Rock Anthems: The Verve, Eagles (Hotel California), ABBA, The Beatles (Yesterday), Gary Moore, Procol Harum, Lucio Dalla, Bert Kaempfert.
The evening includes a central intermission. Described by the press as "the ensemble that revolutionizes music in Europe" (Ticino Welcome), the United Soloists Orchestra is a Swiss symphonic reality founded in 2017 in Ticino, with soloists from the Tonhalle-Orchester Zürich, Teatro alla Scala and Royal Concertgebouw.
