Content
The «Taiji To Go» workshop combines classical Taiji principles with modern science. Slow, flowing movements, breathing exercises, mindfulness and insights from neuroscience and psychology create a compact experiential space.
For whom
No previous experience is required. The course is aimed at people who wish to strengthen their balance, inner calm and body awareness. In good weather, the workshop takes place outdoors in nature.
