We don't offer any fudge, but innovative, traditional cuisine - in the middle of nowhere and yet only 20 minutes from Lucerne. The Gasthaus Trogen is an oasis for idlers and gourmets with a sense for the essentials. The quality of our products is of paramount importance to us. Our cuisine is pleasing to the eye. A perfectly balanced selection of wines by the glass. The range of bottled wines, exclusively European (the majority of them Italian) is not very extensive, but is supplemented seasonally.
