Intro
The Kunstraum Baden is a public institution, located only a minute’s walk from Baden train station. It is housed in a former workshop in a listed building. Admission is free.
As a forum for contemporary art, the Kunstraum Baden provides a platform for current positions within contemporary art. The gallery mainly focuses on Swiss artists. The exhibitions are intended to raise issues that transcend the boundaries of art and touch on social and philosophical themes. The visitor experience of art is complemented by the gallery’s varied supporting program of guided tours, artist talks and workshops. Special art education events are arranged for children and young people.
