Discover the picturesque Seetal valley with plenty of women power and enjoy the beauty of nature. This is possible on Switzerland’s first mindfulness trail on the Lenzburg loop. The Seetal valley is a real e-bike paradise and leads over lovely rolling hills to the inspiring “Raststätten zum kleinen Glück”. At these mystical places in the Seetal valley, you can experience mindfulness in nature in groups of women. Mindfulness and relaxation exercises are performed under the expert guidance of certified mindfulness trainers. These allow you to slow down and consciously perceive the present moment with all of your senses. Escape the stress of day-to-day life and the constant need to be reached, get off your mental merry-go-round and find tranquillity in the midst of nature. While on the e-bike we explore the topic of mindfulness in the beautiful Seetal valley. The Lenzburg loop takes participants from Lenzburg station to Beinwil am See, from where we take the train for the return journey. Alternatively, a round trip from Lenzburg via Mosen and back to Lenzburg again is possible.
