We had to wait three years to finally celebrate our wedding. Travel bans due to Covid had caused us to postpone our celebration several times. Our wedding planner Savina has been amazing throughout this time. She has been a force of motivation and positivity. When the day came, everything was perfect. We had a wonderful outdoor ceremony overlooking Lac Leman with views of the Mont Blanc, the most beautiful flowers, and fantastic music with the Chateau as a perfect backdrop.

We chose Switzerland, because the groom’s family had roots there and we have been skiing there for years, so it was already a very special place for us. The natural beauty of La Cote is unrivaled with its vineyards, views of the Lac Leman and the Alps, you can even see the jet d’eau in Geneva. So we knew we wanted to be in that area. The Chateau de Bonmont was an easy choice for us with its beautiful location and lovely staff.

The most memorable part for us was finally being with all our friends and family, who’ve made such an effort to travel from all over the world to be with us. We were finally able to celebrate our love with our closest friends and family people. And the party which lasted all night was pretty special too.
