What sounds like distant thunder soon turns out to be toboggans hurtling down the 535-m-long tin toboggan run.
Even just watching and egging on the riders is an unforgettable experience. The tin toboggan goes through the "Wirzweli Zauberland", which is a kind of giant adventure playground and family barbecue area. The petting zoo boasts dwarf bunnies, ducks, geese and bleating goats. And the herd of Shetland ponies will soon have little girls' hearts beating faster.
The views of Lake Lucerne, the Stanserhorn and Rigi are truly magnificent.
