Information
Description
The Sihlmatt has been known for fresh trout served whole for decades. We carry on this tradition and complement it with an ever-changing menu. The varied farming in the area allows us to process largely regional products of the best quality. There are many things available in the immediate vicinity that we need for our cuisine. Sometimes all it takes is a walk in the garden or in the nearby Sihl forest. However, we also use non-local products such as lemons and olive oil, as we can no longer imagine cooking without them. The important thing is that what comes to our table is always prepared with relish and joy.
To match our cuisine, we serve selected Swiss wines from various regions as well as a selection from the European wine-growing regions. Our kitchen is always open from 11.30 a.m. and closes when there are no more guests and no more reservations. We therefore recommend that you always make a reservation. We also accept reservations for groups of 15 or more outside our opening hours.
Our various rooms and terraces offer ideal conditions in summer and winter for birthday parties, weddings, team events or other occasions. We will be happy to assist you with the organisation and cater to your individual wishes regarding food, drink and entertainment. We also accept reservations for groups outside our opening hours. Please get in touch with us!
