Information
Description
We look forward to welcoming you to the Alte Post, one of the oldest and most venerable restaurants in the city of St. Gallen. In a very cozy atmosphere, we serve you old dishes with a new twist. The best quality products from the kitchen and cellar characterize our fresh market cuisine.
The Alte Post consists of three rooms. On the first floor our cozy champagne and cafe bar. On the 1st floor the St. Galler Gaststube, and on the 2nd floor the Krüsi Stübli. In summer, you can also feast in our street café. However, the same culinary delights are served in all locations.
The challenge is to elicit the characteristics of the individual ingredients, to blend them together in a sophisticated way and to create an incomparable experience.
