The hotel la couronne is a 4* hotel with a breathtaking view of the Matterhorn. A spacious wellness area with outdoor relax pool, saunas, steam bath, gym and many other highlights awaits you. Start your day with a delicious breakfast in the unique ambience of the conservatory. Further culinary highlights can be tasted in the cosy atmosphere of the hotel's own restaurant. You can find suitable equipment for your outdoor activities in the in-house sports and bike shop, where you benefit from attractive discounts as hotel guest.
The hotel is located in a sunny, quiet and very central place in Zermatt. The mountain railways can easily be reached on foot or by bus, which stops just below the hotel. Our porter will be happy to collect you upon your arrival in Zermatt at the train station or the taxi rank. This service is free of charge and available from 8.00 am to 7.00 pm.

The four-star hotel in the heart of Zermatt within walking distance of all cable cars and mountain railways really lives up to its name: the upscale Old Zermatt restaurant or in-house ski shop quite literally provide the crowning glory after a day’s skiing on the Zermatt slopes. Since December 2022, the hotel has also had a spacious wellness area.
