Intro
Movement, dance and being, temple time for body, mind and soul
In this weekend retreat, we create a place where you can sink into your body and open your heart. We dance, meditate, move, enjoy, dream, encounter and discover our vitality. Dancing awakens the joy of life, free and uncomplicated from within. We explore ways of authentic expression and learn to trust our creativity and body wisdom. We experience being, the inner space through meditation, mindfulness practice, self-awareness and body awareness. The mind is allowed to become calm and clear. With these two aspects, we create a safe and open space within a given structure, where we move and meet from within.
We are as individual as we are and allow ourselves to be in the present moment. Tanz&Sein thrives on the uniqueness of the individual participants. This is how we create together. For adults who enjoy movement and encounters. The experiences, insights and inspiration will enrich our everyday lives.
