Intro

Im November machen wir’s heimatlich.

Wir widmen den ersten Monat unserer Heimat Graubünden. Auf den Tisch kommt, was zu Graubünden gehört und Erinnerungen weckt: einfache, traditionelle und urchige Gerichte, ehrlich gekocht und ohne viel Schnickschnack. Essen, das wärmt. Essen, das man kennt. Und vielleicht auch Essen, bei dem man schon beim ersten Bissen ein kleines bisschen Heimat schmeckt.

Dazu ein gutes Glas Wein, Freunde rundherum und genügend Zeit zum Zusammensitzen und zusammenrücken, Erzählen und Geniessen.
