Intro
SARVANATA (Sanskrit) means: Everything dances - the dance in everything. Dance with the light and with the fire.
During these days we will embark on a joyful journey of discovery and exploration, both individually and together: the 'cosmic dance' invites you to come closer to your center and discover the dancer within you.
We bring the whole organism (spiritual, mental, physical) into dance so that healing, awakening energies can be unfolded in us and in the world. Natarāja Yoga (Yoga of the King of Dance) includes: Meditation, breath (pranayama), chanting (mantra, songs, dance melodies), rhythm and movement exercises, free dancing and initiatic dances in a circle. We look forward to being in dance with you on the beautiful Rigi in connection with the dance circle and with the greater whole!
