Our Wine & Dine begins with an aperitif, which—weather permitting—takes place in the garden in front of the winery, around the Feuerring, the ring of fire that symbolizes our connection to the volcanic soil from which our wines are born.
Before sitting down to dinner, guests who wish to do so can take a brief guided tour of the winemaking cellar and the barrel room.
Dinner is served in our cellar’s dining room, which overlooks the barrel room on one side and offers a view of the vineyard on the other.
During the warmer months, Wine & Dine takes place in the garden next to the vineyards, under the stars.
