Description
In our Nouvelle Auberge in the heart of the old town of Porrentruy, you can enjoy a beautiful ambience and good food. A house with history and charm. Good quality - interpreted in a simple and contemporary way. It doesn't take much. Deliberately unpretentious. Our hotel with 12 beautiful rooms is surrounded by a relaxed atmosphere in which you can enjoy some time to yourself. For us, luxury means taking your time and doing something for your own well-being. C'est ça! Old and new come together in our historical house, where we have carefully transformed the existing substance into the present. The original character of our Auberge has been preserved after a careful restoration in 2016.
We use good quality products - after all, the products define the flavour. The interaction of all components should be a pleasure. We cook from the heart and work with good products from our region. Our modern market cuisine is seasonally inspired - we serve whatever the market has to offer. The food is accompanied by a hand-picked selection of wines, preferably organic or natural wines from Switzerland and neighbouring regions.
