In the exclusive and intimate setting (seating up to eight guests) of Minamo, Michelin-starred chef Yutaka Kobayashi creates unique omakase dining moments.
A menu for all the senses is served right in front of the guests in a masterful execution of classic Japanese craftsmanship. There is also a wide range of sake to perfectly complement the exquisite dishes.
The Minamo has been awarded 1 Michelin star and 15 GaultMillau points, a distinction for excellent cuisine and outstanding service.
