The hotel and restaurant Schwert is tucked away at the foot of the Schlossberg, amid the cobbled streets of Thun’s Old Town. When you enter the restaurant you have the distinct feeling of having arrived. The original wainscoting, the stylishly decorated tables and warm candlelight transform the dining room into a shining pearl. The young hosts have given this place a good airing and have roused this gem from its slumber.
