The Alpamare Aquapark at a glance
The Alpamare on Lake Zurich is a popular destination for families. The 25,000-square-metre water park is located in Pfäffikon SZ, just 30 minutes from Zurich. 12 water slides with a total length of 2100 meters provide action. In addition, there are 4 thermal baths, a wellness area with saunas and a children's area.
What to experience
Testing slides
The 12 water slides offer something for every taste. Whizz on winding tracks with light effects and on special bobsleighs through funnels, tunnels and theme worlds. Special features are the "Jungle Run", a double slide on which you can race or the "Thriller" with exciting light effects.
- Good to know: Jungle Run (minimum age 8 years) is the only track with age restrictions.
- Tip: Buy your ticket online and benefit from up to 20 percent discount.
Discover adventure pools
The 4 adventure pools offer action and relaxation in equal measure. The indoor wave pool creates waves up to 1.2 meters high and in the Rio Mare river swimming pool you can let yourself be carried away by the current. You can relax in the Alpa Therme with underwater music and water jets or in the 36 degree warm brine bath.
- Good to know: The brine bath is not accessible to children under 16 years of age.
Bathing fun for families
In the 200 square metre toddler area, your children up to 6 years of age can splash around in shallow pools and have fun on gentle slides. On Wednesday afternoons outside the school holidays, you can take part in games and competitions with your family.
- Good to know: Every first Sunday of the month from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. there is a family sauna.
- Tip: Every Wednesday from 1 p.m., admission costs only 22 francs per person.
