The Helsana Trails are open 365 days a year. The prepared circular routes encourage you to stay fit with running, walking and Nordic walking and enjoy exercising in the outdoors.
There are over one hundred Helsana Trails throughout Switzerland. Signs are provided along the way to tell you about proper technique and how to keep your workout healthy. They also include various strengthening and stretching exercises.
