Intro
Successful cooking on an open fire requires some special ingredients. A pinch of creativity, large amounts of teamwork and communication, as well as a good portion of timing are necessary for the mission to succeed. In the middle of nature, a 3-course menu is conjured up from regional products with local chefs without any electricity.
After the Zentralbahn train takes you from Zurich to Engelberg in just two hours, a walk to the Fürenalpbahn awaits you. This is located in the upper Engelberg valley between thundering waterfalls and rugged glaciers. There in the Fürenwald, the local chefs are already waiting to create a wonderful menu with you from regional products on the open fire. Together with your team, you will help the chefs with the preparation and learn exciting insights into the regional flora and fauna. This experience can be ideally combined with the Engelberg Adventure Rope Park, which is guaranteed to get your pulse racing.
