SWEEPSTAKE PERIOD
1) The Sweepstake begins on Saturday, November 9, 2024 at 06:00 AM UTC and ends on Sunday, November 10, 2024 at 11:59 PM UTC (the “Sweepstake Period”).

3) Participation is open only to legal residents of the fifty United States or the District of California who are 21+ years of age or older as of the date of entry. Void outside of the 50 United States and the District of California, and where prohibited or restricted by law. Employees (and members of their immediate family and household) of Sponsor, all of their affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotional agencies; and all other individuals and entities associated with the development, fulfillment, or supply of Sweepstake are ineligible. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply.

4) To enter, visit https://www.myswitzerland.com/en-us/microsites/market-us/winefest during sweepstake period. In order for an entry to be eligible, the terms and conditions need to be read, entry form needs to be fully completed and the question submit. Proof of submission will not be deemed to be proof of receipt by Sponsor. Sponsor not responsible for the failure of Sweepstake entry form to reach Sponsor in a timely fashion. Limit one (1) entry per person at online submission.
DRAW AND WINNER SELECTION
5) Winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Drawing will be conducted by Sponsor, in November 2024. By entering the Sweepstake, entrants fully and unconditionally agree to be bound by these rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which will be final and binding in all matters relating to the Sweepstake. By entering the Sweepstake, entrants fully and unconditionally agree to be subscribed to Switzerland Tourism's free monthly email newsletter.
PRIZE
6) The first prize is a Victorinox Suitcase (carry-on) with an approximate value of US$ 425.-. The second prize is a Mammut Freeride backpack with an approximate value of US$ 160.-. The third prize are two bottles of wine from DDI Wines with an approximate value of US$ 87.-

NOTIFICATION.
7) Potential winner will be notified by email after November 10, 2024. If winner cannot be contacted within seven (7) calendar days of first notification attempt, if prize or prize notification is returned as undeliverable, if winner rejects his/her prize such prize will be awarded to the next eligible person.
CONDITIONS.
8) Reporting and payment of all federal, state and local taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner. Participation in Sweepstake and acceptance of prize constitutes winner’s permission for Sponsor to use his/her name, address (city and state), likeness, photograph, picture, portrait, voice, biographical information and/or any statements made by winner regarding the Sweepstake or Sponsor for advertising and promotional purposes without notice or additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.
