Altstätten is situated in the Rhine Valley of St. Gallen, at the foot of the hills of the Appenzellerland. As a market town with a long tradition, it boasts one of the loveliest historical town centres in Eastern Switzerland.

The historic little town of Moudon lies in privileged position at the heart of stunning landscapes, halfway between the Jorat-Plateau and Broye-Tal valley. And surely nothing could be more attractive than the picturesque alleyways of this delightful spot.

The gate to the romantic Fex Valley is idyllically embedded between Lake Sils and Lake Silvaplana. With only 700 inhabitants, Sils presents itself in an introspective, familiar and inviting manner. Besides the tremendous natural experience, the cultural offerings are also exquisite.

Laax, together with Flims and Falera, offers a fantastic hiking, biking and winter sports paradise – just an hour from Zurich. The sunny location and the magnificent mountain panorama make it an ideal destination for families, freestyle fans and nature lovers.

Carì is situated on the southern slope of the Leventina Valley above Faido at 1,650m above sea level: an ideal place for sports and nature enthusiasts.

Trogen, one of the most impressive villages in Appenzellerland, enjoys an idyllic setting on the crest of a hill at the foot of the mountain of Gäbris. The village has become well-known for its Pestalozzi Children's Village, among other things.

Arosa – the natural paradise in Graubünden, which perfectly combines action and relaxation: In winter, skiing on the Weisshorn beckons, while the Squirrel Trail or the Bear Sanctuary are just waiting to be discovered in summer. What is more, you can also enjoy wonderful wellness opportunities together with views of the Alps.

Gandria is a picturesque village on Lake Lugano with narrow streets, colorful houses and traditional grottos. Here you can enjoy Mediterranean flair, surrounded by lush nature and with views of the mountains and the water.

The fine farming village and service centre of Erlenbach is nestled among the delightful Simmental landscape in the foothills of the Alps at the feet of the Stockhorn, from where you can enjoy an impressive view of 200 mountain peaks.

Spiez is located in what is probably the most beautiful Swiss bay on the deep blue Lake Thun. Here you can stroll through the vineyards or on the beach path with a view of the Eiger, Mönch and Jungfrau. You will visit the castle and enjoy excursions by steamboat or to the local mountain Niesen.

A community of ten villages close to Grand Saint Bernard, Liddes boasts a vast, mountainous landscape and a huge variety of hiking trails and sites.

The small resort villages of Wilderswil and Gsteigwiler are situated in the immediate vicinity of Interlaken. They are the ideal starting points for excursions to the highlights of the Bernese Oberland.

Elm is nestled in the Glarus Alps and offers pure nature – including the impressive Martinsloch. The car-free family ski area, versatile hiking opportunities and sustainable alpine tourism make Elm a real insider tip.

Ascona – the jewel on Lake Maggiore. Stroll along the famous lakeside promenade with its colourful houses and many cafés, look out over the lake and the wonderful mountain scenery, explore the old town and enjoy the Mediterranean flair of this town in Ticino.

The only small town in the Bernese Oberland is overshadowed by internationally renowned Interlaken. But Unterseen beckons its guests with its impressive exterior, the pretty old town on the River Aare and the best views of the Eiger, Mönch and Jungfrau.

Riehen in the canton of Basel-Stadt is a fashionable residential suburb situated on the border with Germany that boasts magnificent monumental buildings. It has successfully evaded further urbanisation. Riehen has achieved worldwide fame above all thanks to the Fondation Beyeler.

Located on the northern slope of the Chasseral at the heart of the Jura region, the Les Bugnenets-Savagnières ski resort is known primarily as the birthplace of one of Switzerland’s most talented skiers, Didier Cuche!

La Berra, situated in La Gruyère, is a small but beautiful recreational and sports area. The view from the 1,719 metre high summit of La Berra is spectacular. You can see Lake Gruyère with the Isle of Ogoz and far beyond, the Three-Lakes Region and the Jura, past the Fribourg Pre-Alps, to the snow-covered peaks of the Bernese Alps.

You will become a regular visitor to this typical, middle-altitude mountain village where you meet people at all times of the year.

This town counts some 2'700 inhabitants and is spread over 2'099 hectares. It is built on the alluvial cone of the Greffaz River, but also climbs into the surrounding mountains.

Bergün can be found on the UNESCO Albula railway line, which is also home to the world-famous Landwasser Viaduct. This destination will inspire you with its picturesque village centre, the railway museum, the beautiful Parc Ela nature park and the fast-paced toboggan runs.

The Blenio Valley in northern Ticino extends from the Lukmanier Pass (1914m) down the valley as far as Biasca. Leontica at the center of the valley is part of the municipality of Acquarossa. A popular excursion destination is the Romanesque church of San Carlo di Negrentino.

Altdorf, Uri’s main town with its famous monument to William Tell, is located in the Lower Reuss Valley, south of Lake Lucerne. It is an ideal starting point for excursions to the Uri vacation region, which has many attractive offerings.

Let yourself be enchanted by the charming town of Murten. Discover the old town with its picturesque alleys and arcades. Enjoy the view of the town and lake from the fortified wall. Enjoy a stroll along the lakeside promenade to the harbour, where your Lake Murten tour begins.

Schwenden-Grimmialp in the western Bernese Oberland offers access to family-friendly hiking trails, the Grimmimutz theme trail, the Seebergsee lake and a small ski area with cross-country ski trails and a toboggan run. Traditional wooden houses and mountains characterize the image of the valley.

This family-oriented village at 1'668m altitude is the ideal jumping off point for anyone who wants to explore the Portes du Soleil.

Giovanni Segantini was almost certainly sitting in the garden of the Palazzo Salis when he claimed that Soglio was "the gateway to paradise". Soglio is an enchanting village of 300 souls in the Bergell region, also famous for its flowers. What could be more romantic?

Malbun is the main holiday resort in the little Principality of Liechtenstein. This small village is ideal for families in summer or winter. There are many cultural attractions to visit in the nearby capital, Vaduz.

Beromünster is situated on a gentle hill between Lake Baldegger and Lake Sempacher. The little town is known today not only for its magnificent abbey district, but also for its former radio station – and for the first letterpress to be mentioned in Switzerland.

Nestled in a breathtaking mountain landscape and surrounded by verdant green meadows or snow-covered fields, the little village is an oasis all on its own. Tschierv sits 1,660 metres above sea level and has less than 180 people living there. Most of the people speak Romansch, and the village is particularly known for wildlife watching and its situation on the edge on the Swiss National Park.

Brigerbad and its surroundings offer a wide variety of activities for hiking enthusiasts. The village is situated at the south ramp of the Lötschberg railway and connects directly with the BLS high trail.

Gersau occupies a romantic location on the southern slopes of the Rigi by Lake Lucerne, on what is sometimes called the "Riviera of Central Switzerland". High above Gersau is the Rigi-Scheidegg area, both a paradise for walkers and a small winter sports area, with excellent views.

Situated at 1'100 m altitude, the peaceful village of Torgon overlooks the Rhône valley and Lake Geneva. Ideally located, the town is close to Montreux and Aigle and only 45 minutes from Lausanne and 75 minutes from Geneva.
