Description

The dishes, selected by Chef Claudio Panzeri, are based on classic Ticino and Lombardy cuisine. On our menu you will always find potato gnocchi, baked rabbit, braised beef and porcini mushrooms, accompanied by local polenta. In addition, following the seasons, "by the Chef's flair" completes the offer on the menu card with the different seasonal dishes.
