Where are you from?
On more than 600 square meters of guest area with more than 200 seats we spoil you with our versatile Euro-Asian concept.
Our rich offer consists of a fusion of European and Asian dishes. Our dishes will convince you especially because of their freshness and good digestibility. An attraction is the noble sushi bar created especially for NOOHN, in the middle of which the dishes are freshly prepared by international Asian sushi masters in front of the guests. The fresh sushi is transported on plates by an invisible, magnetically operated conveyor belt on the bar counter, so that you can serve yourself without any worries.
Our impressive bar with spacious lounge provides a place for a cheerful gathering with friends, colleagues or your family. Try our changing cocktail offer and taste dishes from our small à la carte menu. You will also find an extensive selection of wines by the glass and the popular KIRIN beer from Japan.
In the middle of Basel, an "oasis of peace" awaits you. Large sunshades provide plenty of shade during the hot summer days and the subtle colors and materials convey a touch of European Asia. At lunchtime you can expect light dishes such as salads, sushi or specialties from the wok. In the evening, specialties such as fresh fish or a fine piece of meat will delight your palate. On balmy evenings, our roof terrace invites you to enjoy a breathtaking view over Basel.
