Painstaking work, but really good fun

Cédric Chezeaux respects nature and relies on biodiversity. His golden-hued meadows featuring pops of colour from poppies and wild flowers are home to einkorn, spelt, buckwheat, wheat and emmer, rye, camelina and lentils. “For me, it’s the only kind of agriculture that makes sense,” says Cédric Chezeaux.

Our regional products are showcased through my kitchen. The guests love it.
