  • 9 August – Edible mountain flowers
    Set off to discover the culinary delights offered by the wild plants of our mountains. Learn to identify, forage and cook edible species to enhance your salads, tarts and soups, or even make a delicious mountain pesto. You’ll also discover the best preservation techniques so you can enjoy their flavours and benefits all year round.

  • 23 August – Edible wild plants to forage for and poisonous plants to watch out for
    Learn to recognise edible plants, as well as poisonous species such as monkshood, one of the most dangerous plants in our mountains. As you walk, you’ll also be able to admire the treasures of our flora, such as wild orchids and the martagon lily, whilst respecting their natural habitat. Through anecdotes, legends and botanical secrets, let Mother Nature be your guide and discover the fascinating stories hidden behind each plant.
